18 months – high school · 7 classes
Co-ed recreational classes from Parent & Tot at 18 months through Advanced +, plus Tumbling for middle and high school athletes. Classes run on a monthly, ongoing basis.

Hot Shots, Pre-Team, USAG Developmental (Levels 3–10) and Xcel (Bronze to Sapphire) teams that compete from local to national levels.

Jr. Ninja Warriors uses obstacle courses, agility training and games to teach kids how to overcome challenges and set goals.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes that teach kids to move, run, jump and climb over obstacles with strength, body awareness and confidence.
Explore ParkourOne gym for the whole climb. Athletes move up as their skills grow, and the strongest recreational level matches the start of competitive gymnastics.
PEGA is a family-run gym that opened in 2018 to give Corvallis and nearby towns a safe, fun place to train and a community to belong to.
Gymnastics teaches discipline, courage and friendship, and Ninja Warrior and Parkour round it out so every kind of mover has a place to grow.
Our storyBirthday parties with the whole gym, Parents' Night Out and school-break camps.
Coach-led games, obstacle courses and free time in the gym, followed by party time in our designated party zone. Three packages for 12, 17 or 25 kids.

3+ years, potty-trained
A monthly supervised play night with gymnastics equipment, group games and free pizza. Open to potty-trained kids aged 3 and up; pre-registration required.

Full- and half-day camps with gymnastics, Parkour and Ninja Warrior, crafts, water day and movies, for ages 4–13, plus PEGA Tots camps for potty-trained 3–5 year olds.
